Cheesy Black Bean Dip

Ingredients

  1. 15 oz canned black beans
  2. ¼ cup water
  3. 2 Tbs olive oil
  4. 2 Tbs nutritional yeast
  5. ½ tsp salt
  6. 2 Tbs lemon juice

 

Method

Blend together and serve with chips or fresh vegetables

 

Homemade Hummus

Ingredients

  1. 15 oz canned chickpea without liquid
  2. 15 oz canned chickpea with liquid
  3. ¼ cup raw sesame seeds
  4. 1 Tbs olive oil
  5. ¼ cup lemon juice
  6. 1-2 cloves garlic
  7. 1 tsp cumin
  8. Salt to taste

 

Method

Blend together and serve with chips or fresh vegetables
